Image Capture Functionality
Prompt ATM/CDM embeds an intelligent image capture functionality at the bank’s ATM/CDM in order to scan the checks as they are deposited at the machine. The solution then directly posts the imaged check presentment to the bank, replacing the checks’ entry stage at the bank, where depositing, posting and other additional processing functions occur.
Seamless Integrations
Prompt ATM/CDM integrates with the bank’s Electronic Check Clearing solution to instantly receive images of checks deposited at the ATM/CDM. Check images can either directly undergo check verification and clearing, or if necessary, be reprinted as Image Replacement Documents (IRDs).
Secure Channels
Prompt ATM/CDM exploits the bank’s existing ATM/ CDM infrastructure along with the clearing system to streamline check handling procedures. It transmits checks along secure communication channels that maintain the integrity and privacy of items.
