Every graduation is a celebration, not only of how much children have learned, but of how much they have grown.
As I celebrate my second year at The Busy Bees Nursery, ProgressSoft’s onsite nursery, I feel especially proud and emotional as I look at the Class of 2026. For some, we have been part of their journey since their earliest days, welcoming them as tiny babies and watching their first smiles, steps, words, and friendships. For others, we joined their story along the way. No matter when their journey began, every child has become a special part of our Busy Bees family.
Growing Beyond the Milestones
One of the things I have come to appreciate most during my time at Busy Bees is how quickly children grow and how many meaningful moments happen between the milestones we celebrate. In just two years, I have seen confidence blossom, quiet children find their voices, and friendships become an important part of their sense of belonging. Watching these changes unfold is one of the greatest privileges of being an educator.
Graduation is always a joyful occasion, but it is also a moment to pause and reflect. There is a little sadness in saying goodbye to children we have watched grow, but it is quickly replaced by excitement as we think about all the wonderful experiences waiting for them ahead.
The People Behind Every Milestone
Behind every milestone is a team of caring educators who have been there through the happy moments, the challenging days, the first friendships, and the many "I did it!" moments. Our teachers give so much of themselves every day, and their patience, warmth, and dedication are at the heart of what makes Busy Bees feel like a family.
At The Busy Bees Nursery, we are also fortunate to play a part in supporting the incredible working mothers of ProgressSoft. We understand that leaving your child in someone else's care can come with many emotions. Knowing that your child is safe, happy, learning, and surrounded by people who genuinely care for them can make all the difference. Being part of that support is one of the most meaningful aspects of what we do.
For Elias’s mother, that peace of mind made all the difference:
“The Busy Bees has been a wonderful part of Elias's early years. The teachers' warmth and care helped him grow from a shy little one into a confident, curious child; and gave me such peace of mind as a working mother. We're so grateful for the friendships, memories, and love this nursery has given our family.
Than
k you again for everything you've done for Elias; we'll truly miss the Busy Bees family!”
Dina Abu-Naja, Elias’s Mother
For Alia’s mother, Busy Bees became a trusted part of both her daughter’s early years and her own journey as a working mother:
“Busy Bees Nursery was so much more than a nursery to us; it was the support system I needed as a working mom. Knowing that my little girl was surrounded by such a warm and caring atmosphere gave me the peace of mind to pursue my professional career.
Thank you for embracing Alia, a piece of my heart, and for giving her a place where she could laugh, play, learn and grow.
I will always be grateful to Busy Bees for being such an important part of both Alia's journey and mine.”
Hiba Alhadidi, Alia’s Mother
Celebrating the Class of 2026
As we celebrate the Class of 2026, I would like to thank our wonderful nursery team for their dedication and our mothers and families for the trust they place in us every day. It is a privilege to be part of your children's early years and to share in the moments that help shape who they become.
To our graduates, congratulations! You filled our classrooms with laughter, curiosity, imagination, friendship, and unforgettable memories. We are incredibly proud of you and grateful to have been part of your journey.
