ProgressSoft Achieving ISO 22301:2019 Certification for Business Continuity Management

Amman - July 13, 2026

ProgressSoft today announced that it has achieved ISO 22301:2019 certification, the internationally recognized standard for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), across all its offices. The certification demonstrates that ProgressSoft has implemented a structured framework to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive events while maintaining the delivery of critical products and services.

Awarded following an independent assessment, the certification provides assurance that ProgressSoft's business continuity management practices align with internationally recognized requirements. It reflects the company's ongoing investment in governance, operational resilience and dependable service delivery.

As financial ecosystems become increasingly interconnected and operate around the clock, operational resilience has become a strategic necessity. Financial institutions depend on uninterrupted technology services to support payment processing, settlement, regulatory compliance and customer trust. ProgressSoft’s strengthened business continuity capabilities enhance its ability to support critical operations and maintain dependable service during disruptive events.

"Achieving ISO 22301:2019 certification provides independent confirmation that ProgressSoft has established the structured governance, planning, and tested recovery capabilities required to manage business continuity effectively," said Mohammad Swaity, ProgressSoft's Chief Operations Officer. “For our clients, it reinforces confidence that resilience is embedded in how we operate, support critical services and continually strengthen our preparedness.”
