ProgressSoft today announced a series of planned leadership appointments, marking an important step in the company’s continued investment in structured growth and reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and trusted client partnerships.
Mohammad Swaity has been appointed Chief Operations Officer. He joins the executive leadership team following a successful tenure as Country Manager of ProgressSoft Oman, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s presence in the Sultanate, expanding trusted client and partner relationships, and supporting continued business growth.
Stepping into the role of Country Manager of ProgressSoft Oman is Hussein Jundi, who willlead the company’s operations in the Sultanate, ensuring continuity while further strengthening ProgressSoft’s commitment to delivering innovative financial technology solutions and exceptional service to its clients and partners.
The transitions were marked during a client and partner dinner hosted by ProgressSoft in Muscat, where the company recognized Swaity’s contributions to its Oman operations and reaffirmed its commitment to the market.

As part of the new leadership structure, Rami Tannous, who has successfully served as ProgressSoft’s Chief Operations Officer since 2007, is now appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
