ProgressSoft announces the successful launch of its Mobile Payment Solution, PS-mPay, by Dinarak in Jordan.
ProgressSoft is thrilled to collaborate with Dinarak, a licensed payment service provider by the Central Bank of Jordan's 'JoMoPay' System which is uniquely focused on building a brand and network that directly benefits those that are financially excluded in the Kingdom; a purpose that is now possible with the innovative payment services provided by PS-mPay.
PS-mPay is a contemporary mobile payments platform that allows for domestic and cross-border remittances for banked and unbanked users. The launch of PS-mPay by Dinarak has allowed it to provide various services to its unbanked customers including bill presentment and payments, card-less ATM cash outs, PIN-less merchant payment credit/debit and person-to-person money transfers. In addition, it supports the security feature One Time Password (OTP), at the merchant’s POS and agent cash-in and out to ensure protection of the customer’s data and money.
The launch of PS-mPay falls in line with Dinarak's mission "to build a mobile payments business that provides millions of unbanked people in Jordan with access to financial services, and transforms lives through financial inclusion."
