ProgressSoft Corporation, in collaboration with Jordan’s Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, participated as a sponsor in the Ramadan charity campaign, 'BilKhayr Najood' in Jordan.
The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MoICT) is the Jordanian government entity responsible for spearheading policy in the areas of information technology, telecommunications and postal mail in Jordan.
ProgressSoft has maintained a strong partnership with the MoICT with the aim of supporting those in need in the community. This campaign is one of five collaborations between ProgressSoft and MoICT over the course of the past 3 years, for distributing relief packages during winter and the holy month of Ramadan.
MoICT launched their Ramadan charity initiative, 'Bilkhayr Najood,' with the aim of lending a helping hand to families in need during the holy month of Ramadan. The MoICT and sponsors of the campaign distributed food parcels containing more than a month’s basic supply of food to those who are less fortunate.
ProgressSoft contributed as a sponsor of this charitable drive, supporting the MoICT by supplying nutrient-rich food parcels. ProgressSoft colleagues also participated in the distribution of packages, supporting MoICT’s generous efforts across the areas of Jerash, Ajloun, Bani Kinanah and Al-Himmah Al-Ordonyah.
