ProgressSoft Supports Emerging Talent at AI Quest 2026

ProgressSoft Corporation joined some of Jordan's promising university students at AI Quest 2026, supporting the national inter-university artificial intelligence competition as a Silver Sponsor. Held on 9 and 10 October at Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), the event gave emerging talent a platform to put their AI skills to the test.

Organized by HTU's Data Science Club in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, AI Quest 2026 brought together around 200 students from 10 universities across Jordan. Participants competed in two tracks: an AI applications hackathon and a Kaggle-based machine learning competition. Throughout the event, teams took on real-world challenges and turned classroom knowledge into working solutions. On the second day, the ProgressSoft team welcomed participants at its booth, where they exchanged ideas and discussed career paths in financial technology.

For ProgressSoft, initiatives such as AI Quest play an important role in bridging academic learning with real-market use cases. Practical challenges, direct exposure to industry and the confidence gained through applied problem-solving equip students to make a successful transition into professional careers. Supporting AI Quest reflected ProgressSoft’s continued commitment to connecting academic excellence with industry innovation and to developing the next generation of technology talent in Jordan.

The sponsorship also added a new chapter to a long-standing partnership with HTU, where ProgressSoft has been working alongside the university through several initiatives to prepare students for an evolving technology landscape, including the full sponsorship of a top-performing student’s Data Science and Artificial Intelligence course at the university, as part of HTU's Educational Sponsorship Program.
