ProgressSoft has been honored with the Financial Innovation Award at Bangui Financial Days 2026, in recognition of its groundbreaking contribution to the Central African financial industry.

At the heart of the award is SYSTAC 2, the new centralized electronic clearing house launched in collaboration with the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), together with a portfolio of solutions that accelerates innovation and financial inclusion.

The launch of SYSTAC 2 marks a landmark achievement for the region, where 71 participants across the six member states of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) moved to one unified clearing infrastructure in a region-wide cutover. This achievement earned ProgressSoft the prestigious award recognition, owing to its capability to unite multiple countries on a common payment infrastructure in a single, coordinated step, and avail the reliable partnership needed to carry an initiative of this scale through to success.
