In line with its commitment to employee engagement and social responsibility, ProgressSoft successfully hosted a Blood Donation Drive on Thursday, November 27, in partnership with the Ministry of Health's National Center for Blood Bank.
The event brought employees together to contribute to a life-saving cause, with the blood drive held on-site at ProgressSoft’s headquarters to provide employees with a convenient and comfortable environment for donations. Participants were supported throughout the process, including preliminary health checks and form completion, with ProgressSoft’s on-site company doctor present to provide additional medical care and ensure the well-being of all employees.
“We are grateful for the dedication our employees show in supporting causes that matter,” commented Khaleel Asal, ProgressSoft’s Human Capital Manager. “Their commitment reflects the values we stand for as a company and gives real meaning to what impactful, shared responsibility looks like.”
The initiative highlights ProgressSoft’s ongoing commitment to employee wellness and active participation in meaningful causes. By organizing volunteer-led initiatives, the company continues to strengthen its culture of care, empathy and social responsibility.
