ProgressSoft Sponsors Future Skills Week at Hashemite University

ProgressSoft participated in and sponsored Hashemite University’s Future Skills Week, an initiative focused on artificial intelligence skills and employability.

The event brought together students from diverse academic disciplines to explore the practical applications of AI tools, enhance their career readiness and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges facing key sectors in Jordan. By connecting technical learning with market needs, the initiative aimed to support students in building practical capabilities for the evolving workplace.

As part of its sponsorship, ProgressSoft sponsored two awards: the FinTech and Digital Finance Award and the Employability and Skills Award. Also, represented by two of its in-house AI engineers, Fadi Jawabreh and Yousef Abu-Shaar, who served on the panel of judges evaluating projects within the FinTech track. In recognition of its contribution to the event, ProgressSoft was presented with an appreciation plaque by the university.

Further supporting the initiative’s education-to-employment objectives, ProgressSoft offered internship opportunities to outstanding fourth-year students, creating a direct pathway for emerging talent to gain practical industry experience.
