Ahlibank proudly announces its integration with Qatar Central Bank’s revolutionary instant payment service, Fawran. This seamless integration was achieved through the implementation of ProgressSoft’s Payments Hub Platform, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Fawran, Qatar Central Bank's latest initiative, introduces a nationwide instant payment ecosystem, facilitating seamless account-to-account transfers round the clock. Leveraging identifiers such as mobile numbers or IBANs, users can effortlessly send and receive funds, simplifying transactions and enhancing financial accessibility.

As one of the pioneering banks in Qatar to integrate with Fawran, Ahlibank announced the go-live of new cutting-edge services to its esteemed clients, effective March 7, 2024. This significant milestone was achieved through the implementation of ProgressSoft’s Payments Hub Platform, which seamlessly facilitated integration with Fawran, all internal banking systems, and local and cross-border omnichannels and networks.
