ProgressSoft concludes successful participation at DigiBank Africa Summit, which took place from 29 – 30 June 2022 in Kigali, Rwanda.
As Principal Partner of the event, ProgressSoft was there to lead banks in Africa in the next essential steps for successful digital transformation and latest financial standards’ adoption via several sessions and showcasing of payment solutions that included ProgressSoft’s Payments Hub Platform, Digital Banking Platform, Mobile Payments Platform, and Electronic Check Issuance and Deposit among others.
On the first day of the event, ProgressSoft’s expert took the stage to present the critical market trends, technologies and regulations that should be considered by African banks, recommended solutions for unified and omnichannel platforms, as well as strategies to adapt to new financial standards such as ISO 20022.
In addition, ProgressSoft took part in an insightful panel session uncovering the top trends reshaping the African banking landscape, how Africa’s banks are tackling digital transformation, and the new technologies that are critical to deliver the digital experiences customers have come to expect.
A large number of attendees also visited the ProgressSoft booth with an interest to attain or repurpose payment technologies to provide competitive payment services, which the ProgressSoft team on-show successfully catered to with presentations and demonstrations of versatile digital banking solutions.
ProgressSoft’s Payments Hub Platform also gained massive attention as a CBPR+ ready solution that enables financial institutions to migrate to ISO 20022 with zero to minimal changes on back-end systems.
