In 2016, ProgressSoft Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) to donate an amount annually which will assist in funding the foundation's King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) expansion project.
Today, the KHCC expansion project is complete, and is considered the most advanced cancer center in the Middle East. The KHCC's new building increased the foundation's capacity to open its doors to 7,000 patients and 150,000 outpatients annually.
ProgressSoft Corporation and corporations that contributed to the KHCC expansion project were invited to a delightful 'thank you' ceremony which included a tour of the new building and an inspirational success story from the words of a teenager who had suffered and healed from cancer at the KHCC.
The new KHCC building is fully equipped with the latest technologies and equipment deployed to provide advanced methods of treatment for cancer patients including top-of-the-line CT Scan, MRI and surgical machines. The facilities within the building offer maximum convenience for patients, facilitating their pre, during and post treatment process. Young patients are also provided with entertaining equipment to help them endure the long hours of treatment.
