A well-experienced CB/CM Consultant is mainly responsible for training technical staff on corporate banking and cash management services, as well as building corporate and bank business requirements.


  • Provide clerical assistance in training software engineers and software quality control engineers on the concepts and benefits of "Cash Management, Risk Management and Corporate Banking" products and services.
  • Lead discussions on industry best practices.
  • Participate in feedback sessions on a new product's development.
  • Assist in providing a written response to a Request for Proposal.


  • At least 10 years of relevant experience at banking institutions or consulting firms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of Cash Management projects.
  • Leadership skills and strong capabilities in Business Analysis.
  • Fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experienced in providing clerical assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services

  • Proven experience in Cash Management Operations from both sides; banks and corporate.
  • Must have proven experience in trade finance best practices and standards.
  • The Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.

An experienced Business Development Associate will be responsible for researching business opportunities; tracking business actions, announcements, plans, trends, and statistics; calling on prospects; receiving proposals and business plans.

  • Contribute in building/updating a solid and updated database about ProgressSoft competition, their products and clients.

  • Continuously be updated, and update management, regarding market and competition information focusing on market intelligence tasks.
  • Initiate new business cold calls and handle lead-generated appointments. Negotiate and close business.

An experienced Marketing Officer will be responsible for targeting purely the corporate market with particular focus on the financial sector. The marketing officer will be fully supported in this role by IT professionals & computer system experts.


  • Enhance ProgressSoft profile in the market by drawing upon an extensive personal network of contacts to attract new clients.
  • Research prospective clients to promote the company’s products & services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing departmental goals, objectives and plans.
  • Define and analyze clients’ requirements and needs for additional services.
  • Develop standards, procedures and templates to support contract administration during the various phases of the projects, including document organization, consultant authorization, distribution of bidding documents and preparation of contract award documents, contractor submittals, contractor progress payments and contract closeout.
